Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, role, profile information you provide.
• Verification data: identity-verification artifacts processed by Stripe Identity (we receive only the verified status; documents are not stored on our servers).
• Usage data: API requests, bounty/conversation activity, IP address, user agent for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
• Payment data: Stripe Customer/Account IDs; raw card numbers never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To operate the marketplace, match Operators with Dispatchers, and settle payments.
• To send transactional emails (auth, application updates, escrow events).
• For product analytics (aggregated, with opt-out where required).
• For fraud prevention and to enforce the Acceptable Use Policy.

Subprocessors

We rely on Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage), Stripe (payments + identity), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (rate limiting), Sentry (error tracking), and PostHog (analytics).

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@kurier.dev. Deletions cascade to your bounties, conversations, and reviews you authored, while preserving aggregate marketplace integrity (we retain anonymized financial records for tax compliance).

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18.

International transfers

We process data in the United States. Where required, transfers from the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email and in-app.
